Rates
Fee-for-service is determined on a sliding scale. It is my goal to work with each client to determine an amount that is fair and reasonable. You can learn more about the fees and general payment policy during the free initial consultation. Please contact me for more information.
Insurance
I do not accept insurance.
As an out-of-network provider, you may be eligible for some reimbursement from your insurance company depending upon your plan benefits. Please contact your insurance provider for more information.
Payment
Cash or check only.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you may be charged the full cost of the session.
